The book as a container of information in all its variations is one that I am inspired by and have returned to over the years. The sequential and narrative aspects are a natural fit for my work. The work is largely autobiographical ranging from metaphoric travel logs, diaries to gynecological journals.
The books are at times a documentation or subset of a larger work. In other cases the work is not a book at all, but a sculpture that references a literary work or cultural history.
